Sunrise came with rosie color and gray this morning. I had forgotten about the sunset setting so late last night and with cool weather ahead, this was a good start.

Only a couple of other travelers were out this early, walking their dogs and me running around in shorts, barefoot,taking photos.

Hwy191 to Moab, Hwy313 to Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park. This intersection is a stone throw from Arch View RV Park.

We noticed that other drivers were being very curiosity to us by pulling over and letting us by.

Some of the switch backs were tight, I never had to back up to made any of the turns during the drive down Shafer.

Walking back to our truck from Gooseneck outlook. Iwa able to talk to the guys in the F150 for a few mintue before they took off. Their plan was to bicycle the entire rim trail.
