Today we travel to Dead Horse Point State Park, Long Canyon thru Pucker Pass, back on Potash road and up Shafer Trail.

travelingman2 > June08,2008. This is one of the reason why I enjoy Truck Camper so much, being able to get into areas that few RV's can. A few clouds drift slowly across the Moab sky with unlimited visibilty.
travelingman2 > Another view of our site at the unnamed BLM ( it's not Horsethieft). We'll be returning here tonight,who wouldn't. After a hardy breakfeast, we headed out.
travelingman2 > Driving to Dead Horse Point Park.
travelingman2 > This is the road to Dead Horse, pretty much open terriory til we get closer to the park entrance.
travelingman2 > Arriving at Dead Horse,a few more miles to the visitor center from here.
travelingman2 > Here we are at the visitor center where fees were paid,bought a book and information exchanged. we wander over the visita trail that court the wall.
travelingman2 > Potash Ponds can be seen easily due to its bright blue color in contrast with the surrounding darker soil.
travelingman2 > Information signage.
travelingman2 > Builders of the wall,this was the only indection of who built this wall.
